Did you know that The Coors Brewing Company found that it got as much as

$6.15 return for every $1 invested in a corporate fitness program?

And companies including Equitable Life Assurance, General Mills and Motorola have all reported at least a $3 return for every dollar invested?

If you want to make more money, increase productivity, improve concentration, experience higher levels of enjoyment at work, reduce job grievances and decrease sick days... you can't afford
NOT to exercise!

So why not choose a fitness and productivity expert that makes you laugh and enjoy yourself, too?

Zen Gray is the current host of ExerciseTV's new web series, The Skinny, and former co-star of Bravo's hit show WORK OUT.

A NASA study showed

employees who exercised daily

worked at 100% efficiency

after 7 hours, while those who

didn't saw a 50% drop, meaning it

took them twice as long to

accomplish the same thing.

If you don't take care of your body... you are harming your business!

5 Quick Tips To Help Boost Your Energy

1. Eat Breakfast. Eating a combo of high fiber foods and protein in the morning can alleviate afternoon energy slumps and help you lose weight.

2. Drink Water. Over 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated. Dehydration is the #1 source of afternoon fatigue. A 2% loss of water can cause your metabolism to slow down, brain fog, and loss of productivity.

3. Avoid the soda fix. Sugar will NEVER (EVER) help you be more productive. You may get a temporary jolt, but the only thing you are really getting is extra calories that will translate into fat. Snack on a handful of almonds, fruit or yogurt instead if you want to maintain energy without a crash.

4. Take a break. The body naturally runs in cycles. So every 90 to 120 minutes, stand up, go for a walk, stretch and totally disengage from your work. Studies show youll be more focused, productive and refreshed after a 10-minute break.

5. Eat small meals at regular intervals. Eating 5-6 low calorie, highly nutritious meals a day insures a steady supply of energy... and a slimmer waistline.

AIDS Marathon bannerI'm running my FIRST EVER MARATHON! I'm so scared and excited at the same time. I’ve decided to take on this tremendous challenge to help in the fight against AIDS, and I really hope you will support my efforts.  Over the next several months, I’ll be training to complete the Honolulu Marathon; PLUS, I’ve made it a personal mission to raise at least $5,000 for AIDS Project Los Angeles. I’m not a professional fundraiser, and I never thought I’d agree to run 26.2 miles!  But the work of APLA is so compelling, I feel I need to do my part.
