ZEN GRAY as seen on Bravo's WORKOUT and ExerciseTV

We learned a tremendous amount from Zen in just 30 minutes. From exercise to nutrition, she went beyond the basics that everyone
has heard over and over and instead focused on practical ways to improve their eating and exercise habits in a way that a person would feel comfortable incorporating right away. She taps into what really motivates us to make changes and you leave feeling like you are ready to take on whatever goal you have in mind – big or small.
My favorite part was when Zen talked about how to motivate yourself to make the changes in your life. Without the motivation, no actions you take would ever stick. I also like how Zen made the advice practical. For example, she started off focusing on things you can add to your diet instead of just things that you should take away.
Zen is upbeat, funny, engaging, very knowledgeable, and most importantly, she knows how to relay information in a way that an audience will find relevant and practical. She brings enthusiasm to every interaction she has – individual or in a group setting – and her passion about helping people improve permeates at all times. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the table and shares it in a very meaningful and humorous way.
A NASA study showed
employees who exercised daily
worked at 100% efficiency
after 7 hours, while those who
didn't saw a 50% drop, meaning it
took them twice as long to
accomplish the same thing.
