Absolutely! Giving the gift of fitness is one of the best things you can do, especially during the holidays when we often over-indulge and forget to take time out for ourselves. Any product or service can be bought as a gift. A PayPal invoice will be sent to your email address when you request to purchase training sessions. Just include the name, email address, shipping address and telephone number of the recipient in the comment section when sending me an email via contact page. 

No, you do not need to have a Paypal account to pay on the Paypal website. Paypal uses all forms of payment. When you click on on any of the "buy now" icons under my services, the bottom left-hand corner of the Paypal page looks like this:

All training sessions are subject to availability and available by appointment only. All sales are final and non-transferable. 24-hour cancellation notice required to avoid penalty. If you do not give 24-hour advance notice that you will miss your session, you will lose that session. You may reschedule one session without penalty if you give 24-hours notice.

All monthly packages expire 30 days after the first session is used. One-time sessions expire after 12 weeks of purchase.
